Lakbay Aral & Tree Planting 2024

Team Building at Makiling Botanic Garden 2024

This immersive team development experience transforms the breathtaking Makiling Botanic Garden into a living classroom for organizational growth. Participants engage in carefully designed nature-based challenges that reveal team dynamics while fostering appreciation for biodiversity – from collaborative ecosystem mapping exercises to sustainable craft workshops using natural materials. The lush surroundings stimulate creativity and perspective-taking as teams navigate canopy-level rope courses and forest meditation sessions that build both trust and mindfulness. The program’s unique power lies in its dual impact. While solving ecological puzzles that require collective problem-solving, teams simultaneously learn about forest conservation through hands-on activities like native seedling propagation. “We returned with stronger bonds and a deeper environmental consciousness,” shared one participant. Facilitators expertly bridge these nature experiences to workplace applications, helping teams translate forest trail cooperation into office collaboration. By day’s end, colleagues emerge not just as more effective teams, but as stewards of both their organization’s mission
