INCLUSIONS: Free blood chemistry (FBS, total cholesterol, blood urea nitrogen, uric acid, SGPT, CBC with platelet, ECG and urinalysis. Additional laboratory test (exceeding Php380.00) will be paid by the member.
Fasting for 8 to 10 hours. Bring urine sample.
Plus: Blood typing diet & health check including cardiac panel, cholesterol, triglycerides, creatinine, blood sugar etc., by our naturopathic practitioner.
