As stated in the LPMPC Articles of Cooperation and By-Laws, a regular member who meets the following conditions is entitled to vote: The member must have paid the membership fee and the value of the minimum shares required for membership. Additionally, they must not be delinquent in the payment of their share capital subscriptions and other accounts or obligations. They should not have violated any provision of cooperative laws, CDA administrative issuances, Articles of Cooperation, and By-laws, as well as the terms and conditions of the subscription agreement, or the decisions, guidelines, rules, and regulations promulgated by the Board of Directors and the general assembly. Furthermore, they must have completed the continuing education program prescribed by the Board of Directors and participated in the affairs of the Cooperative, patronizing its businesses in accordance with cooperative policies and guidelines.
Failure to meet any of these conditions will result in the suspension of voting rights, subject to the declaration of the Board of Directors. Voting rights may only be reinstated upon the determination of the Board of Directors.
