• Bacterial infections, disease or sickness;
• Suicide or any attempt thereat;
• War, invasion, act of foreign enemy, hostilities or warlike operations (whether declared or not), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, strike, military or popular uprising, or the use of weapon or instrument employing atomic fission or radioactive force, whether in time of peace or war;
• Any bodily injury which shall result in hernia;
• Medical or surgical treatment not resulting from accident

b. Death or dismemberment while engaging hunting, mountaineering, polo playing, or any form of racing;
c. Death or dismemberment while participating in any brawl, committing a crime or making an arrest or raid as an officer of the law;
d. Service in the armed forces;
e. Death or dismemberment caused by murder or assault or disappearance;
f. Death or dismemberment while insured is operating or riding on a bicycle or any motorized two wheel vehicle with or without side car or while operating, learning to operate or serving as a crew member of an aircraft or vessel

1. Pregnancy and resulting childbirth, miscarriage or diseases of the female organs of reproduction.
2. Routine physical or any other examinations where there are no objective indications or impairment in normal health.
3. Intentionally self-inflicted injury or suicide while sane or insane or any attempt threat.
4. Treatment of drug addiction or alcoholism.
5. Injury, sickness or disease occasioned by war, warlike operations, civil commotion, strike, civil war, revolution and rebellion.
