Work Station: Treasury Section
Anticipated Hiring Rate: JL4:S1 — ₱17,255.00 / month plus allowance
Supervisor: SUPERVISING FINANCE OFFICER

Job Description:

• Receives payment for loans, deposits, and contribution to share capital;
• Pays withdrawals, legitimate expenses and other approved loans i.e. Petty Cash, Short Term Loans
• Releases duly approved checks for loans and disbursements;
• Filing, sorting of disbursement vouchers i.e. Loan Disbursement Vouchers, Cash Disbursement Vouchers and Cash Receipts;
• Validates and inputs every transaction and updates member’s passbook;
• Provides information to members about their fines and account balances;
• Balances cash transactions and conducts cash count of revolving fund;
• Monitors the online payment posting from time to time;
• Performs other functions that may be assigned by the Supervising Finance Officer and the Manager.

Position Qualifications:

• Holder of a bachelor’s degree in a Business course
• Have at least one-year related experienc Computer proficient
