Work Station: Treasury Section
Anticipated Hiring Rate: JL4:S1 – ₱17,255.00 / month plus allowance
Supervisor: SUPERVISING FINANCE OFFICER
Job Description:
- Receives payment for loans, deposits, and contribution to share capital;
- Pays withdrawals, legitimate expenses and other approved loans i.e. Petty Cash, Short Term Loans;
- Releases duly approved checks for loans and disbursements;
- Filing, sorting of disbursement voucher i.e Loan Disbursement Vouchers, Cash Disbursement Vouchers and Cash Receipts;
- Validates and inputs every transaction and updates member’s passbook;
- Provides information to members about their fines and account balances;
- Balances cash transactions and conducts cash count of revolving fund;
- Monitors the online payment posting from time to time;
- Performs other functions that may be assigned by the Supervising Finance Officer and the Manager.
Position Qualifications:
- Holder of a bachelor’s degree in a Business course
- Have at least one-year related experience
- Computer proficient
