I have the OTP , but not able to register due to possibly internet traffic on the part on the part of LPMC.
Dear Sir/Madam:
My first time to experience this situation, I started to log in at 7:35AM before I finished encoding the info needed took me long time and still failure to process to submit the accomplished message. Up to now continue to process my registration form. Took picture to present in the future.
